Happy Memorial Day Weekend! Shout out to my amazing husband who turns 30 tomorrow! We will be living it up this holiday weekend so I'm sharing my weekly recipe with you a little early :)
It's feeling more like summer every day! This time of year, I'm especially into raw recipes that don't require heating up my kitchen!
This is especially true with baking. A 400 degree oven on in my small kitchen = me instantly sweating. Especially at 8 months pregnant ;)
Raw desserts are awesome (rawesome?) because they are quick to make and contain whole food ingredients! These macaroons are refreshing and just the right amount of sweet. Perfect to take to any memorial day festivities or just an easy snack/dessert to keep to yourself at home!
