Summer is my favorite season. I love the access to fresh, local produce, spending time at farmer's markets, and reaping the benefits of my garden! With fall quickly approaching, I'm sharing some of my favorite summer recipes. 

This twist on the traditional guacamole will seriously enlighten your taste buds! I first tried guac with watermelon on a recent trip to Mexico and have been dying to create my own version ever since. 

Guacamelon is the perfect summer snack and it's not lacking in nutrients. Homemade guac is always worth the extra effort // plus you control what goes into it!

*Before adding diced watermelon to bowl, gently pat dry with a paper towel to absorb extra juices. This will prevent a watery guac!
