I'm a lover of all things banana, so it's no surprise that banana bread is one of my fall/winter favorites! I had an intense craving last week and decided it was the perfect time to play around with a version of my own!
When it comes to creating desserts, I'm trying to find that perfect balance of AMAZING flavor without the sluggish, full feeling that comes with consuming too much sugar!
This banana bread is just the right amount of sweet, dense with protein and fiber (so it's very filling!), and it's an acceptable breakfast or mid-day snack, as well as a dessert! Basically, this bread is a multi-tasking BOSS.
